Recollections of John Grace - John Grace (1800-1893)

For 29 years John Grace was a minister of the gospel at Brighton, preceding Mr. J.K. Popham. He was a dear friend of J.C. Philpot, and occasionally preached in Philpot's pulpit.   This account is a review of his eventful life, his call by grace to the work of the ministry, his remarkable success therein, and his peaceful end, together with numerous selections from his sermons, diary and correspondence. Also brief notices of several of his companions in the faith, such as John Vinall and John Warburton, and letters by his first wife. Highly recommended.
